Welcome to Lughub. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our stone paper notebooks. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Conditions
This website is a side project managed by Luca Galeno and Luca Minero, based in Switzerland. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products and Pricing
We strive to display the colors and images of our notebooks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
All prices are in [CHF/EUR/USD] and do not include VAT (as we are currently exempt under Swiss law for turnover under 100k CHF).
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside of Switzerland, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Important: Orders shipped outside of Switzerland may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (especially those related to our stone paper products), is the property of Lughub and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Luca Galeno and Luca Minero, our project, or our suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Switzerland.
