Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our side project! We want you to love your stone paper notebook. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your notebook must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs

• General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Damaged Items: If the notebook arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@lughub.ch within 48 hours with a photo. In this case, we will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

4. International Orders & Customs

Please note that for orders outside of Switzerland, any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable, as these are handled by your local government.
